My Sunday Reset Recap: Stop Carrying the Whole Future Today 🌿

Every Sunday I like to reset, but this week looked a little different. If I'm being honest, I found myself getting caught up in my thoughts. There was so much on my mind that I started focusing on everything I still have to accomplish. My long-term goals felt so big that they became overwhelming.
Then I reminded myself of something simple.
You don't reach your biggest goals by thinking about them every minute of every day.
You reach them by staying focused on what needs to be done today.
Instead of looking months or years ahead, I asked myself one question:
"What are the three most important things I can accomplish this week?"
That's where my focus shifted. Not on everything I haven't done. Not on everything that's still waiting for me. Just three intentional goals. It's amazing how much peace comes when you stop trying to carry the weight of your entire future and simply take the next step. Resetting your mind is just as important as organizing your schedule. When our minds become cluttered with worry, comparison, and endless to-do lists, we lose sight of our purpose. We become busy without being intentional. This week, I'm choosing purpose over pressure.
Progress over perfection. One step over one hundred. Because every small goal completed is building the life I'm praying for. So as you prepare for a new week, I want to ask you something.
🌿 What are the three goals you're focusing on this week?
Leave them in the comments. Let's encourage each other and remember that small, consistent steps are what lead to big dreams.
Hope ya'll had a great Sunday Reset and a week ahead! resetting our minds, protecting our peace, and moving forward with purpose. 🤍
